Integrated into a team and after training in our products and methodologies, you provide telephone support and become the privileged contact of our customers.
You take care of user requests by email or telephone, you carry out an initial diagnosis and provide the associated explanations (at the first level) or you requalify and escalate requests to confirmed experts.
• Rigorous, organized, reactive / reactive and diplomatic in nature, your sense of service and your listening skills will allow you to flourish in this position.
• Coming from a Bac Pro to Bac +2 training in computer science, you have at least 6 months experience in telephone support.
• Experience in an ERP environment and business software will be a plus.
