Frédéric Mauny President of Waste me Up Waste me up is a start-up whose goal is to reduce the environmental impact of agrifood industries by promoting the co-products resulting from their manufacturing processes. The first example is that of brewer's grains (the cereals that were used to make beer). Waste me Up collects them as soon as possible after their production to dehydrate them and thus stabilize them and concentrate their level of nutrients: proteins and fibers. These are then transformed to make new food products (aperitif cakes) but also bio-based materials (reusable 100% vegetable cups).
